Coaching for Improving Team Performance

In this workshop, you’ll learn the value and impact of coaching as a manager skill. You’ll consider ways to leverage coaching questions to support your team to find the answers for themselves, thus empowering them to achieve more than they thought was possible. We will also cover ways in which you can nurture and cultivate a coaching mindset in your organization for increased performance and productivity, and to support delivering on business results. You’ll apply what you learned to real-world scenarios.
