Learn to leverage the Situation, Behavior, Impact, Action (SBIA) framework – a proven approach to structuring constructive feedback. You'll get to partner up and practice giving and receiving feedback using this powerful model.

Feedback can sometimes trigger defensive responses. We'll cover the common reasons behind these reactions and learn techniques to defuse tension and restore open communication. You'll role-play realistic scenarios to put these skills into action.
