Overview

To succeed in today’s competitive business landscape and retain top talent, leaders must be able to shift from directing others to coaching others. Central to this shift is mastering foundational coaching skills and embodying a coaching mindset.

In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the four key skills of coaching – active listening, powerful questioning, direct communication, and championing. Participants will also learn about “the coaching mindset” and the impact it has on others' performance and motivation. Participants will engage in interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises to learn how to effectively coach direct reports, external partners, and peers.

Through mastering these coaching skills and focusing on others' development, participants will walk away with the skills to enhance team dynamics and also unlock a more sustainable and scalable approach to leadership, bridging the gap between individual growth and organizational success.
