Getting clear on your vision, mission, purpose and how your business initiatives align with them. Strategy as a big picture approach to what are your goals and how you define success.
What is design/systems thinking and what does it have to do with strategy?
Incorporating holistic thinking into strategic visioning.
How to set strategy - short term, mid-term, long term.
Defining and articulating your north star. Aligning strategy with your north star. Phases in strategy.
Strategic planning
The plans you will implement to achieve your strategy goals. Conducting strategy planning sessions. Workstreams and project portfolio planning (scope, resourcing, budgeting, timelines, etc.)
Strategic reporting and evaluation
Putting in standard processes and procedures for measuring your strategic progress against goals and metrics, reporting out the results on a consistent cadence, and adjusting strategy along the way.
