Overview
Employees are demanding more autonomy, more trust, and more ownership in the work that they do. Employee engagement is at an all-time low. How do we as leaders learn a new way of leading? The good news is that you don’t have to do it on your own.
In this customizable 6-month workshop series, leaders will learn the power of understanding the dynamics at play on their teams and have the opportunity to identify areas where they can collectively strengthen.
During this training, participants will learn about themselves through completing assessments and participating in team workshops. They will discover how to connect on a deeper level, show up differently for each other and create agreements in support of their growth. Sessions will be fun and interactive featuring break-out rooms, and group discussions.
As a seasoned leader with 30 years of experience in the Apparel industry, Jolynn has initiated and led trainings on a variety of topics including, giving/receiving feedback, active listening, presentation skills, coaching, and self-awareness.
