FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

The client’s agenda always comes first and I use a mentor/coach combination style to ask unique questions that help to move the client forward in leaps and bounds.

Describe your experience working with experienced managers

I excel at working with experienced managers as we get past the beginning/new manager issues and work towards creating a high-performance team. I especially like to help them develop others on their team, not only as prospective replacements for themselves but also to help their teams find their own best future path.

Describe your experience working with individual contributors or others, not in people manager roles.

I spend most of my time helping them to see a future that they want to work towards. I help them to stop seeing the immediacy of the problems they are solving and see potential solutions that can change their department, company and customers.

Describe your experience working with new managers.

Love working with new managers helping them to understand the difference between management and leadership. I ask lots of questions to help them see themselves more clearly and identify their communication, management, and leadership strengths. I’ve developed many new managers and each one I spend time with takes significant steps forward in their career and their impact on the company and their team.
