Overview
Conflict begins when people perceive someone has negatively affected or is about to affect negatively, something they are concerned about or is important to them. The more deeply the concern, the more INTENSE THE CONFLICT.
Using the Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) to learn how you typically react to conflict. Next, learn how to apply the TKI to choose the best strategy for a conflict situation and discuss how the insights learned can benefit you and your organizational role.
