For the past 15 years, as Vice President of Strategy and Development for Black & Veatch, Glenda led complex global expansions in the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, driving double-digit profitable growth and increased share of the market. She led strategy and portfolio transformations, including exiting low-performing markets, acquisition due diligence, and realigning the organization and leadership to execute the changes.
Glenda led company-wide culture-shaping efforts focused on radically increasing the company’s overall change readiness. She established companywide change management practices, including executive onboarding and new leader assimilation, enabling all professionals to accelerate change. She personally coached President and C-suite leaders, while serving as a strategic advisor to global market Presidents and the CEO.
Prior to Black & Veatch, Glenda worked for over a decade in the Pharmaceutical and Telecom industries as an internal and external organization and change consultant.
