I am an ICF-certified Coach who brings together a passion for coaching and developing others with 25+ years of operational experience in Product Management and Design leadership and executive roles at industry-leading technology companies. My career has spanned both large public companies to early-stage start-ups, in both the USA and Europe. These companies include Facebook, Microsoft, Nokia, eBay, Skype, and others.

While I have worked with leaders and executives across industries and roles, I have a personal passion for helping fellow Product Management and Design leaders grow into their best selves and to make their time spent at work more than just a job but a way of bringing their whole selves to work, their products, and the world. Effectively coaching tech leaders through the unique challenges they face often requires more than an empathic ear and insightful questions. My clients benefit from my first-hand knowledge, skills, and experiences as I help them work through the issues they face. To put it directly, I have been there and dealt with much of what my clients are working through personally. This experience saves time in getting to know my clients day to day work and lets us build trust and make progress faster together. The answers to each client’s challenges are unique to themselves and the challenges of their environment, my goal as a coach is not to mentor or provide the answers for them.
