With 20 years of experience in driving people, corporate communications, and change initiatives, Liz's "why" is to help people find their purpose and their peace - at all stages of their career and in life. She's led both strategic and operational aspects of people development, performance management, employee experience, employer branding, leadership development, and internal mobility. Liz's career is rooted in a growth mindset, having worked (and thrived) in start-up companies and entrepreneurial businesses within the creative and technology industries.
Liz is a certified ICF coach (PCC), a SHRM senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP), a fearless organization practitioner, and a Prosci change management practitioner, (CMP).
