Like you, the leaders I have coached were looking to move out of their comfort zone, explore, challenge the status quo, develop into their next role, make a transition or journey into a host of other possibilities. Coaching allows us to break down barriers and move forward.

Notable Client Achievements: * Coached a VP of Retail during a corporate transformation, which led them to decide their fulfillment comes from their current role and not in another role. * Coached a Commercial Real Estate Developer through a “sticky” transaction that they were going to disengage from; their change in perspective turned the transaction into a huge success. * Coached an Engineering Manager to build confidence in their communication and develop their executive presence.

FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

My style creates a trustful and nonjudgmental space to reflect, and be brave, vulnerable, and honest. Explore all your possibilities, believe in yourself, build upon your experiences, and be open to unlearning and relearning. My clients find me an authentic, curious, and enthusiastic coach. I am understanding and thoughtful, yet I say what needs to be said to help clients think and act to move forward.

How do you measure success with a client?

I measure success based on the goals and measurements the client sets. I have the client seek feedback from others and have them share feedback they receive from others organically. Having the client discuss with the leader during 1-2-1Assessments (either internal or external)Paying attention to client's approach, presence, and growth

What is your coaching superpower?

Holding space (uncomfortable silence) for the client to have self discovery.

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is a leader who is seeking to become the best version of themselves; is someone who may be seeking a higher quality of life, reduced job stress, stronger workplace bonds, enhanced workplace performance, stronger work-life balance, or eliminating burnout. One or all leading to increased happiness at work, at home, and in life. My ideal client is open, curious, and willing to explore. Why? A client must be open to coaching, a willing participant on a journey, rather than a leader being sent to be “fixed”. They may not know what they seek or feel they have lost, but they are willing to explore.
