Carrie brings 20 years of experience in the philanthropic, government, and non-profit sectors to coaching. Her work in complex organizational contexts includes: large-scale strategy development, including learning strategies and workforce development plans; leading and coaching teams; coaching at all stages from new managers to executives; design and implementation of leadership development programs; and conflict management facilitation. Her work as a coach, consultant, and facilitator focuses on supporting senior leaders and leadership teams to build leadership capacity and accelerate individual and team performance.
She takes a rigorous, evidence-based approach to leadership coaching and supports clients to navigate complexity, connect to deeply held purpose and values, and create powerful shifts in mindset and perspectives.
