FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

I use a whole-person coaching model to approach coaching from a human-centered aspect. My clients are people first, despite their titles or whatever challenges they may be facing. So if the focus of our coaching is leadership or career strategy, for example, in our sessions, we consider how the other areas of the client’s life may be impacting their main reason for seeking me out as a coach. Some of these areas may include health and wellness, relationships, lifestyle, finances, etc.

How do you measure success with a client?

My client defines what success looks like for them during our time together and I coach with this end goal in mind. This applies for each individual coaching session in addition to the overall coaching engagement.

What is your coaching superpower?

My coaching superpower is strengths-based coaching

Who is your ideal client and why?

My ideal client is a person who is purpose and value-driven, and who wants to align the work that they do with the core values of who they are. It may be someone who has hit a wall and knows that there is more for them, but they are not quite sure what that is or how to get there. I always attract clients who are naturally driven or high performing and who want to continue to be successful but want to work smarter instead of harder so they can get more life in their work/life integration.
