My coaching style is supportive, yet direct.
Once a manager has learned the basics and tools needed to effectively manage people, we expand our work to focus on strategic thinking.
Most of my career has been working with individual contributors and helping them assess their own performance and the potential gaps they need to focus on improving.
My experience working with new managers centers around helping them move from managing work to managing people and developing the skills that are required to do that.
