She provides a high level of emotional intelligence to recognize how people relate and respond to and through significant life events. This is particularly critical in organizational change management, where she also coaches and consults businesses through layoffs, mergers and acquisitions, and employee loss. With her layers of experience and people skills, she will hit the ground running to set you up for success, whatever success looks like for you.
Notable Client Achievements
-
Coached a young man and new hire in his first role as a CPA. He was in his 2nd 90 days on the job and planning to quit. A year and half later, he continues to reap the rewards of our coaching journey, having been promoted twice and much more confident in his ability to lead.
-
Coached and consulted a franchise business owner through significant life events, including financial fears and a growing young family. By creating both a scaled financial plan and new membership sales processes, he not only built his business and finances back up, he acquired a 2nd franchise which is nearly outperforming the first. He and his wife (and their growing family), are getting ready to purchase their first single family home.
-
Provided group and individual coaching sessions and communication tools, to a mid-size consulting firm, who lost a long-time employee who everyone loved and admired. Although a sad time for them, they honored their colleague through some rituals, turning their grief and loss into an annual legacy event in her honor. The coaching allowed them to keep with their firms caring team culture and high level of productivity, even while attending to their grieving process.

Provided coaching to a business leader, going through treatments for a recent cancer diagnosis. The journey of letting go of some of the work/business side and focusing on the present/his health, made quite an impact on how he responded and recovered. Next month marks the one-year anniversary of his diagnosis. He's in remission and living to his goal: a life with more balance in a city he lived in as a young man.
