She has held senior leadership roles at global organizations including QVC (US and Italy) and HSN, where she led eCommerce, marketing, and digital initiatives that transformed customer engagement and delivered measurable results for billion-dollar businesses.

Her leadership career spans building high-performing teams, shaping customer strategies, and guiding organizations through large-scale change. Having served in the executive seat herself, Rebecca brings first-hand insight into the pressures leaders face: balancing strategic vision, operational execution, and people leadership in complex, high-stakes environments.

As an executive coach, Rebecca partners with leaders to strengthen their impact, navigate change with confidence, and align strategy with people and performance.
