Michael Triolo-Sapp has been leading change and team transformations for over fifteen years. He is a seasoned business leader who has supported large-scale initiatives in global organizations. Michael brings over 30 years of experience from a diverse array of organizations to his client's programs, which helps him relate change concepts to any audience.
A skilled coach and team effectiveness facilitator, he has been instrumental in helping clients embed leadership competencies throughout their organizations. He holds professional credentials in executive and team coaching. Michael partners with leaders, teams and organizations to develop change and leader capabilities through sponsor engagement and manager competency-building to enable a productive stakeholder experience.
Previously, he led global change efforts that supported mergers and acquisitions, the introduction of CRM systems, corporate rebranding initiatives, organizational restructuring, and embedding change management into the fabric of an organization. He also drove team transformations through experiential team coaching workshops. Michael holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. In addition to several coaching credentials, he earned a master’s degree in organizational change management from The New School.
