As an executive coach, organizational consultant, and human capital expert, Jill has a specialty for coaching in intense, fast-paced work environments and with leaders facing organizational change. With over 20 years of experience as a coach, she is certified as an executive and workplace coach with NeuroLeadership Institute and team coaching training at Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI). Jill holds a degree in international business. Initially working on a NASDAQ trading desk then as a financial analyst, Jill found her career in human resources and mediation then to coaching. Initially working in banking & capital markets, Jill has also worked in the governmental and non-profit sectors serving as a speaker, strategic planner, coach, mentor, and board level.
