He worked for 13 years in the banking industry, notably at Santander Bank and Credit Suisse Bank. At Santander, he ascended to a leadership role where he oversaw a team of seven direct reports. During this time, he decided to pursue the Program for Leadership Development (PLD), an Executive MBA alternative, at Harvard to enhance his skills in people management and business administration.
