I am an executive with over 30 years of experience as a manager and leader driving organizational transformation, change management, and operational excellence. I've led operational teams in the US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM at companies such as Paypal, Genentech and Hewlett Packard.
At this point in my career, I have chosen to focus on what I’ve always loved – people. I believe that people should get what they want; they deserve it; they just need someone with experience to guide and support them to meet their personal and professional goals. My personal successes and failures allow me to transfer my experience to others to help accelerate growth and avoid key mistakes.

My ideal client is a mid career individual who is looking to move into a more senior role. I find this to be the hardest transition as what they have tried all these years is no longer working and the most rewarding as a coach as my experience can move them very quickly through this phase into a role that is exciting and rewarding for them.
