Prior to coaching, Kimberly worked in market research insights, innovation, and brand strategy. Working with some of the most iconic brands and their teams as a facilitator, focus group moderator, and strategist, she helped them uncover their brand purpose and build their innovation pipelines. Kimberly held executive consulting positions at Nielsen (Head of Analytics) and Forbes Consulting (SVP, Partner) working with global brands including Unilever, Gillette, PepsiCo, Pfizer, and Loreal. Her final corporate role was as the Head of Global Insights for Welch Foods and was instrumental in revitalizing the brand image. After twenty years of helping companies uncover their purpose, her work evolved into helping individuals and teams find theirs. Having shared experiences with executives, Kimberly is uniquely able to reach them on a deeper level to navigate leadership challenges and create the desired impact for themselves and their organizations.

Following a tragic wake-up call that propelled her to reinvent her personal and professional life in 2012, Kimberly created her own proprietary process for sustainable positive change: the DAREchange® Method in 2013. This process is highlighted in her best-selling book “Know What You Want Next” and in her celebrated online course by the same name. She is also the best-selling author of “Elevated: Take Your Life to the Next Level,” which helps people live a life aligned with higher consciousness. Kimberly has an MBA from Babson College, is certified in positive psychology, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with The International Coaching Federation.
