Keep your stack. Exec works alongside it.

Exec works with your calendar, CRM and Slack
Your assistant reads the meeting on your calendar and the open deal in your CRM, then hands both to Exec. Exec builds the roleplay from that context. When Slack is connected, the assistant can message the reps who need it.

Connect Exec in two minutes

One URL works for every assistant. You sign in with your Exec account, so there is no API key to generate or rotate.

  1. 1In Claude, go to Customize and open Connectors.
  2. 2Select Add custom connector, paste the server URL and select Add.
  3. 3Select Connect and sign in with your Exec account.
  4. 4In a chat, open Connectors from the + menu and make sure Exec is on.
On Claude Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds Exec once under Organization settings. It then shows up for every member to connect their own Exec account.

If it doesn't work right away

Your assistant answers without using Exec
Mention Exec by name in your first message, and check that the Exec connector is turned on for that chat.
Exec shows as connected but sees no data
Your assistant may have blocked the Exec tools. Set them to always allow in its connector permissions.
Exec never appears on a company plan
Some Business and Enterprise plans turn MCP servers off by default. Ask your admin to allow the Exec server URL.

Exec follows the permissions you already set

Your assistant can only reach what the person using it can reach in Exec. Admins keep the same controls they have today.

Details for your security team
Signs in as you
Each person connects with their own Exec login. There is no shared key and no service account.
Same access as the app
Managers see their team's analytics. Learners see only their own practice.
Acts only when you ask
Your assistant writes to Exec only what you ask it to, and shows you the result first.
Easy to switch off
Remove the connector in your assistant to end access. Deactivating someone in Exec cuts them off on their next request.

Exec MCP questions

The Exec MCP server connects your Exec workspace to AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot. Once it is connected, you can ask about call scores, practice, and skill gaps in plain language, and have your assistant build roleplay scenarios from the context you give it.
Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor all connect with the same server URL. Any other assistant that supports remote MCP servers over HTTP can connect too. ChatGPT needs a paid plan with Developer mode turned on.
Every Exec plan includes the MCP server, including the free plan. There is nothing to switch on inside Exec. Your normal Exec login authorizes the connection.
It can report on call and practice performance, find who needs coaching and on which skills, check who is behind on assigned practice, and draft a follow-up for each person. It can also build roleplay scenarios from the context you give it. When you ask for a change in Exec, it does only what you asked and shows you the result first.
Each person signs in with their own Exec account, so the assistant can only see and change what that person can in Exec. It acts only when you ask, and shows you the result first. Deactivating someone in Exec cuts their access on their next request.
No. Anyone with an Exec account can connect their own assistant. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds Exec once under Organization settings, and then each member connects their own Exec account.
Most of the revenue stack now ships an MCP server, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong. Exec adds practice and coaching to that stack. With Exec and your CRM connected to the same assistant, one request can pull a live deal and build the roleplay that prepares your team for it.
