She has led and scaled global engineering teams at companies like DigitalOcean, VMware, and Sun Microsystems, mentoring and developing engineering leaders along the way. Her leadership journey has been shaped by real-world challenges—moving countries, raising a family, and building a successful career in a male-dominated field. She understands firsthand the complexities of growing a career while balancing her personal life and is passionate about helping others do the same. Since 2016, Limor has managed fully remote teams, developing expertise in leading distributed organizations, building trust across time zones, and fostering strong leadership in virtual environments.
