My ideal client is any leader or professional who is motivated to be their best, open to learning, and appreciates having focus and structure. From a senior executive to a new manager or aspiring professional, these are the common traits across clients who have gotten the most out of coaching and achieved the most significant outcomes.

How do you measure success with a client?

I like to start by discussing what success looks like and define specific goals/behaviors that the client wants to achieve, and then assess progress on those goals throughout and after the coaching engagement.

I'm great at listening and synthesizing complex situations into simplified themes or challenges that we can recognize and address.
