We created Exec to help coaches, trainers, facilitators, and consultants turn the work they love into a thriving livelihood. Our platform is built around autonomy, opportunity, and growth - designed so that as Exec grows, your coaching practice grows with it.

Our Credit System

Credit System

Credits are the core currency of Exec. Companies purchase packages of credits and allocate them to their employees as part of their learning and development programs. Employees then use those credits to “buy” coaching sessions on the platform.

Each credit is worth $60, and coaches typically set their rate for a 50-minute session between 2–4 credits (equivalent to $120–$240 per session). Most coaches choose 2–3 credits to begin, as these rates are the most accessible for clients and typically lead to higher utilization. 

When a client uses credits to book and complete a session with you, those credits are transferred directly into your Exec account. Exec converts your accumulated credits into cash during bi-weekly payouts, ensuring predictable and transparent compensation. 

What It Means to Be a Partner

Every Exec coach is also a Partner - someone who helps shape the company, strengthen our community, and influence how we deliver world-class coaching and development. Partners play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Exec by sharing insights from the field, elevating our standards, and helping us continuously refine the experience for coaches and clients.

A key part of the Partner role - and a standard part of onboarding for every coach - is helping expand the Exec network. As a Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to make warm introductions to companies that could benefit from coaching, training, or our broader talent development offerings.

And when those intros turn into new client partnerships? You get paid - even before your first coaching engagement.

Why Coaches Love The Partner Program:

  • Earn easy income simply by connecting Exec to a company, as you earn $200 for every intro call booked

  • 10% referral bonus for all services your referral purchases in the first year → paid to you. (Ex. If a client buys $50,000 worth of services, you earn $5,000)

  • No selling and no pitching required. Partners send a warm email introduction using a pre-drafted message and we take it from there! 

The Partner Program is simple, structured, and supported. No heavy lift. No giant spreadsheets. No awkward mass outreach.

If one of your referrals signs a contract with Exec, we’ll recognize your contribution to the network by elevating your profile to Preferred Ambassador on the Exec platform. This boosted status increases your visibility to clients.

Partner Program 3-Step Process:

  1. We provide a curated list of potential contacts: We connect with you on LinkedIn and identify 50–80 contacts in your network that could genuinely benefit from Exec’s offerings. You let us know who you think could be a good fit! On average, most coaches find 10-20 people from the list, but it could be as many or as few as makes sense for you & your network.

  2. We write the outreach: You get ready-to-send intro messages, plus optional LinkedIn post copy, talking points, and a Partner Toolkit.

  3. You send the intros: It’s literally forward → add your sentence → send. You stay in control of who you contact and how personal you want it to feel.

We take it from there! Once you’ve connected us, Exec handles the rest of the process. If it turns into a customer, you earn 10% of the credits purchased.
