Intro

At Exec, our mission it to unlock human potential. A key way that our coaches advance that goal is by helping individuals and their teams understand themselves better, and we can do this through assessments.

There are a variety of different assessments in the market today. Many customers come to us with existing preferences for various assessments. Exec wants to empower our coaches and clients to use the tools that they feel most comfortable with.

Based on market signals, Exec offers a curated selection of the top assessments. Coaches with Exec who are certified in and have access to these assessments are allowed to offer them to Exec clients.

How it Works

Offering assessments through Exec is easy to get set up and simple to administer when bookings come through. Assessments requests can happen one of two ways:

1. (Most Common) A company contracts a specific assessment directly with Exec, and our operations team helps administer those assessments for you to utilize with the client. These are typically billed separately. The most common assessments we see utilized are the Hogan and 360 assessments. When this happens, someone from the Exec team will reach out to you to inform you of the assessment and the right next steps.

2. (Less Common) A self-pay coachee requests a specific assessment that you offer. You lead the ordering, administration, and debriefing of the assessment.

Getting Set Up

When setting up your Exec account, you indicated which assessments you are able to offer. In the “Assessments” section of your Services page you can manage which assessments you offer on Exec.

To manage your availability for an assessment, simply click in and toggle your settings. Optionally, you have the ability to only offer assessments to clients you are already working with. If the “Only allow booking for existing clients” option is turned off, you may receive assessment requests from individuals you have not met.

Managing Your Prices

Currently, we do not enforce a standard price for each assessment. There are often multiple providers and multiple pricing packages available to you, so we give you the freedom to choose the price that makes sense for you.

We recommend that you follow whatever pricing guidance the assessment provider has given you.

To manage the price you offer each assessment at, visit the service details page for the assessment and choose the appropriate price.

Adding New Assessments

We are happy to activate you for any new assessments you become certified in over time. Simply send us an email at [email protected] letting us know which assesment you would like to activate.

What Happens When You Get Booked

The process for administering the assessment is simple:

  1. Accept the assessment request when a customer places a booking

  2. Follow the operating procedure from your assessment’s provider to send the assessment to the client. Usually, this involves providing the client with a link to the assessment in the Exec chat or having the assessment provider send a link to the client’s email.

  3. After the user finishes the assessment, send them their results via the Exec chat.

Currently, Exec does not require the user to book a follow-up session to discuss their assessment results. However, you are allowed to recommend that as a next step when you send the client their results.

Exec is a training platform that uses AI roleplays, call scoring, and live coaching to help teams practice and improve the conversations that drive their business.
