Every Exec coach is also a Partner - someone who helps shape the company, strengthen our community, and influence how we deliver world-class coaching and development. Partners play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Exec by sharing insights from the field, elevating our standards, and helping us continuously refine the experience for coaches and clients.
A key part of the Partner role - and a standard part of onboarding for every coach - is helping expand the Exec network. As a Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to make warm introductions to companies that could benefit from coaching, training, or our broader talent development offerings.
And when those intros turn into new client partnerships? You get paid - even before your first coaching engagement.
You'll receive an email from our team to book time for your Partner Program Orientation session to learn more about our offerings and how to get involved in the program. In short, here's how the program works:
We provide a curated list of potential contacts: We connect with you on LinkedIn and identify 50–80 contacts in your network that could genuinely benefit from Exec’s offerings. You let us know who you think could be a good fit! On average, most coaches find 10-20 people from the list, but it could be as many or as few as makes sense for you & your network. You can see the titles we typically find are great fits for us by clicking here.
We write the outreach: You get ready-to-send intro messages, plus optional LinkedIn post copy, talking points, and a Partner Toolkit.
You send the intros: It’s literally forward → add your sentence → send. You stay in control of who you contact and how personal you want it to feel.
Look out for updates: We keep you in the loop as things progress!
We take it from there! Once you’ve connected us, Exec handles the rest of the process. If it turns into a customer, you earn 10% of the credits purchased.
Please note that participating in the Partner Program process is a required part of onboarding at Exec.
Simply by connecting us to a new client, you earn $200 for every good-fit intro meeting and you earn 10% of whatever credits that client ultimately purchases for one whole year after you make an introduction. For example, if a client buys 1,000 credits in their first year, you would earn 100 credits (which translates to $6,000 of income!).
If you make a successful referral to Exec, we say thank you by elevating you to Preferred Member status. This means your profile will be elevated in our algorithm, creating the potential for more coaching opportunities.
All you need to do is provide an introduction, and we will handle the rest. You can be as involved or hands-off as you want to be.
You can learn a little more about how the Partner Program started here:
To confidently introduce Exec to your network, it helps to understand why companies choose us:
A highly vetted network of coaches. We accept ~1.5% of applicants, ensuring deep expertise and strong matches for every employee.
A flexible credit model. Companies only pay for the coaching their employees use. No minimums needed.
Robust design and reporting tools. Custom marketplaces, budget allocation, program insights, and detailed reporting for people leaders.
Roleplays: create and deploy a library of realistic practice scenarios tailored to the organization so employees can practice and perfect the conversations that matter.
Coaching: access to expert coaches, flexible tools, and white-glove service to launch custom coaching, training, facilitation, and assessment programs.
Platform: design, manage, and measure programs with automated reminders, announcements, and analytics to lighten the load of program management.
When you introduce Exec to your network, you’re offering them something that is proven to help their people grow.

It depends on what the client is looking for. Some deals close in less than a week, and others take over a year. That said, 3-6 months is a reasonable time frame. We will do the best we can to keep you up to speed on any successful introductions you've made.
No problem at all! We really appreciate you being a Partner with us, and it doesn't affect your ability to win work through Exec.
