Call Analyst: ask your call history questions in plain English

May 7, 2026 · The Exec Team
Call Analyst is live in Call History. You can now ask your call data questions in plain English and get answers two ways: the calls table filters itself, and transcript search finds the exact moment a topic came up in a recording.
Type "show me yesterday's calls" or "calls with the GTM team that haven't been scored" and the table refilters. Type "find calls where someone talked about pricing" and you get ranked snippet cards showing the matched moment, why it matched, and a one-click jump straight to that timestamp in the recording.
Both modes work as a conversation. Ask a follow-up and it builds on what you just asked. You can undo a step if you went the wrong direction. You can also pack several requests into a single message.
The filtering side maps your question to the same filters the Call History page already supports: date, team, participant, call category, whether the call has been scored. Nothing new to learn about how calls are organized. You're just skipping the clicks.
The transcript search side is the one reps and managers keep reaching for. You imported calls from Gong, Zoom, Teams. You can see the scores and the breakdowns. But sometimes you don't want a score. You want to know whether anyone on your team is getting asked about pricing on cold calls, and what they said when it happened. That question used to mean scrolling through transcripts one by one. Now you ask it directly and get matched snippets ranked by relevance, each with a deep link into the recording at the exact second.
Visibility works the same as everywhere else in Call History. People only see calls and snippets they already have permission to see. If a rep was on the call, they can search its transcript. If they weren't, they can't.
We built this because call libraries are only useful if you can actually get into them. Teams are recording more calls than anyone has time to review, and the value sits in specific moments buried inside those recordings. The faster you can find the one where a buyer mentioned a competitor or a rep stumbled through a renewal pitch, the faster that recording becomes coaching material instead of stored data.
Call Analyst is available now on the Call History page. Open the chat panel and start asking.
