Certifications now live

Certifications are now live on Exec. Admins can create a certification, define what it covers, issue verifiable PDF certificates, and track who's certified across the team.

Reps have been practicing on Exec for a while. They run roleplays, get scored against custom scorecards, and improve over time. What was missing was the formal credential. Enablement leaders kept telling us they needed that step. When leadership asks whether the team is ready to talk to enterprise buyers, a list of completed roleplays isn't the same as certification status.

A certification has a title, an optional description that appears on the certificate itself, and expiration rules. You can set it to never expire, expire relative to issuance, say 10 months out, or expire on a specific date. If your company requires annual recertification on product knowledge, you set a relative expiration. If there's a hard deadline tied to a compliance window, you set an absolute date.

Admins can issue certificates manually and can revoke them just as easily. The certification detail page shows every certified member in a sortable, searchable, filterable list. If you need to know who on the mid-market team is certified on the new pricing model, you get that answer in a few clicks. PDF certificates generate with optional email notifications, so the rep gets a document they can keep and share.

Programs already let you bundle roleplays, coaching, and coursework into a structured path. Certifications give that path a finish line. A rep works through the program, and when they have demonstrated the skills it calls for, the certification is issued automatically. The record stays live until it expires, and the team's certification status stays visible across the workspace.
