We built Courses because building a course has always been the slow part of training. Most teams have plenty of material, sitting in decks, process docs, call recordings, and help articles. Turning any of it into a real course is where things stall. The person who knows the material hands it off to an instructional design team, waits through a production cycle, and reviews draft after draft before a single rep ever sees it. By the time the course ships, the pitch has already changed. Plenty of teams give up somewhere in the middle and settle for a folder of slides nobody opens.

Now that same person can build the course themselves. Describe what it should cover and attach what you have. Exec reads everything, maps the sections, and writes the lessons, the quizzes, and the roleplay scenarios from your material. In a few minutes you have a complete first draft. Reminders go out to whoever is behind, and the dashboard shows completion rates and the exact section where learners stall, so you can fix the weak spots.
