Introducing the Exec MCP server

You can now use Exec inside the AI assistant you already work in. The Exec MCP server connects your workspace to Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and any assistant that supports remote MCP servers. One URL works across all of them.
Once you're connected, ask questions about your workspace in plain language, or ask your assistant to build something for you. A few prompts to try.
- How are my team's discovery calls trending?
- Build me a roleplay where a skeptical CFO pushes back on pricing.
- Tell me who needs coaching this week, and on what.
Your assistant can also carry that data into the rest of your work. Drop proficiency scores into a slide deck. Summarize a team's session feedback for your weekly enablement review. Compare two reps side by side and draft coaching notes for each.
Setup takes about a minute
- Copy the server URL https://api.exec.com/mcp
- Add it as a custom connector in your assistant's settings.
- Sign in with your Exec account.
- Turn on the connector in your chat.
ChatGPT requires Developer mode on a paid plan. Our MCP page has a setup guide for each assistant.
Your data stays under your control
- Each person signs in with their own Exec account, so there are no shared API keys.
- Your assistant sees exactly what you can see in Exec. Managers see team analytics, and learners see only their own practice.
- When you ask it to build or change something, it does only what you asked and shows you the result before anything is published to Exec.
- Exec never uses your data to train models. We're SOC 2 Type 2 certified, and all traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Remove the connector or deactivate a user in Exec, and access ends with the next request.
Why we built it
The enablement leaders and sales managers we talk to every week already draft messages in Claude, analyze data in ChatGPT, and build workflows in Cursor. They don't need another tab. Now they can ask "who's struggling with objection handling this month?" in the same window where they're writing the coaching plan that follows.
