Exec REST API now covers practice data, skills, and scenario analytics

April 1, 2026 · The Exec Team
Practice sessions, skill proficiency, scenario analytics, assignments, and collections are now available through the Exec REST API. You can also list and filter scenarios, manage user access, assign scenarios to people, and create new scenarios programmatically through Scenario Studio. The full API reference is documented and available inside the app.
Many enablement teams already use Exec alongside Gong, a data warehouse, and internal dashboards. Their engineering teams maintain reporting pipelines that bring training data into the same place as everything else they measure about their people. The API replaces manual CSV exports and spreadsheet pasting with direct queries against Exec, so that data flows into those systems on its own.
Practice sessions come back with full transcripts and evaluation breakdowns. You can see exactly how a rep scored on each criterion, what the AI Coach flagged, and what the conversation sounded like word for word. Skill proficiency scores are available per person, so you can track how a rep's discovery or objection handling is trending alongside their other performance metrics. Scenario analytics give you summary-level data and per-participant performance, so you know which scenarios are getting used and how people are doing on them.
You can also drive Exec from the outside. Assign scenarios to users through the API instead of doing it by hand. The API includes an async scenario-creation endpoint that builds a complete scenario from a prompt and returns it when it's ready. If you maintain your own training catalog or learning system, you can keep Exec in sync without anyone touching the UI.
Admins generate an API key from settings. The key authenticates every request, and the reference docs cover every endpoint with parameters, response shapes, and examples. Limits are 60 requests per minute burst and 1,000 requests per day, which is enough for scheduled pipeline pulls and most integrations without hitting a wall.
Exec is a training platform that uses AI roleplays, call scoring, and live coaching to help teams practice and improve the conversations that drive their business.
