Roleplays now run inside your LMS
Exec roleplays can now run directly inside your Learning Management System through LTI 1.3. If your company uses Moodle, Docebo, TalentLMS, Workramp, or any other LMS that supports the LTI 1.3 standard, your people can launch a roleplay from inside that system. They never have to log into Exec separately.
Training lives where learners already are. That has been a persistent request from larger teams with established LMS environments. You build your roleplay scenarios in Exec, configure the character and the evaluation criteria, and connect your LMS through a new LTI section in the admin panel. Your learners then see the roleplay as an assignment inside the platform they already use every day.
When reps have to leave the system where they already do their training, open a new tab, create an account, remember a password, and find the right scenario, a meaningful percentage of them just don't. We have seen it with our own customers. Teams running structured programs through an LMS would set up the curriculum, assign the roleplays, and then watch completion lag because the practice lived somewhere else.
With LTI 1.3, the roleplay launches in place. The learner clicks the assignment in their LMS, the roleplay opens, they talk to the simulated character, they get their scorecard, and the results flow back. Authentication happens through the LTI connection itself, so there's no separate login, no context switching, no lost reps between the LMS and the practice tool.
The roleplay itself works exactly the same way it always has. The character behaves however you built it: warm, hostile, skeptical, distracted, rushed, anything the scenario calls for. The scorecard measures whatever your company defined for that scenario, same as always. The only difference is where the learner starts it.
Admins configure the LTI connection from a new section in the admin panel. Once it's set, you can track which LMS courses are launching which roleplays and monitor usage from there.
We built this because customers with established LMS environments kept telling us the same thing: their training infrastructure works, their learners know where to go, and they just needed Exec to meet them there. Now it does.
Exec is a training platform that uses AI roleplays, call scoring, and live coaching to help teams practice and improve the conversations that drive their business.
