You can now start with Exec for free

Exec has a new pricing page at exec.com/pricing, and for the first time you can sign up, pick a plan, and start running roleplays yourself without talking to us. There's a free tier, two paid self-serve plans called Starter and Professional, and an Enterprise plan for larger teams. Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial.

The free tier lets you try Exec's core practice loop at no cost. You can build roleplay scenarios in Scenario Studio, run voice-based AI roleplays, get graded against your own custom scorecards, and see the feedback. If you want more, you can upgrade to a paid plan yourself, right from the app.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you only pay for the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you can cancel them before then if you change your mind. You can change plans, manage billing, and add seats in settings.

Every self-serve plan comes with full, transferable seats. A full seat includes AI roleplays, roleplay analytics, and assignments. If a rep leaves your team, you can reassign their seat to someone new. The Enterprise plan is unchanged. It adds SSO and SCIM, the REST API, and the support and configuration that larger organizations need. Enterprise pricing is handled by our team, so if that's the right fit for your team, reach out to us and we'll get you set up.

We built self-serve because we kept hearing from people who wanted to try Exec but had no way to just open it and start. They had to schedule a demo, wait for a workspace, and work through a pilot agreement before they could practice. The ones who stuck around were the ones willing to wait, not necessarily the ones who would get the most out of the product.

If you run a sales team and want to see whether your reps can handle a skeptical buyer in a discovery call, you should be able to build that scenario, run it, and read the feedback today. If you lead customer success and want to practice a difficult renewal conversation, you should be able to do the same thing. The free tier lets you answer that question today. Start there, run a few roleplays, see how your team responds. If you need more seats or want to scale across the org, move up to a paid plan when you're ready. The 14-day trial gives you the full paid experience so you know exactly what you're getting before you commit.
