Jill holds a degree in international business. Initially working on a NASDAQ trading desk then as a financial analyst, Jill found her career in human resources and mediation then to coaching. Initially working in banking & capital markets, Jill has also worked in the governmental and non-profit sectors serving as a speaker, strategic planner, coach, mentor, and board level.
