Coaching Overview

Most coaching budgets get spent the same way. You buy a block of hours, hand them out, and a year later some were never used while the people who wanted more had none left. This 54-second demo shows how Exec runs coaching instead. AI matches each person with human coaches, sessions are paid for in credits you can pull back and redistribute, and coaching programs put structure around the whole engagement.

The demo opens in the matching survey. We check off what we want to work on, and AI matches us with coaches who fit. Each match shows the coach's rating, their background, the roles they work with, and what their sessions cost in credits. A profile adds a bio, work history, certifications with a verified badge, intro videos where the coach answers questions in their own words, and comments from past clients.

Every coach prices their own sessions, and the cost in credits sits on the booking screen before anything is confirmed. We pick a session type and a time and click Book Now. Sessions are video calls joined from Exec, and a message thread with the coach covers everything between sessions.

Credits live in a workspace pool and flow out to the people you're investing in. When someone doesn't use theirs, you take them back. In the demo we open Transfer Credits on a member whose balance sat untouched, move the credits back to the workspace account, and give them to someone who'll book. Moving credits around doesn't create or destroy them. It redistributes what the workspace already bought. A bulk version sets balances across any set of members at once.

By default, people choose their own adventure. They pick a coach and book sessions on their own schedule. When you want more than that, a coaching program sets the terms. In the demo the journey is a pair of 50-minute sessions with booking windows two weeks apart, each with prep guidance the participant reads before the session, down to what to review and what to bring. We pick which coaches the program's participants can book from, and enrollment sends each person an invite with the path already laid out.

Coaching analytics shows sessions per person, how people rated them, and a session report with the credit cost of every booking. What happens inside a session stays between the person and their coach. Admins see participation, ratings, and spend.

Do we need the rest of Exec for coaching to be useful? No. Five executives in 1:1 leadership coaching is a complete deployment on its own. Roleplays to practice between sessions and courses to cover the fundamentals are what it grows into.

Can people pick their own coach? Yes. The survey returns several matches, and profiles and intro videos show the differences. Nobody's locked in. Rerun the survey anytime or work with more than one coach. Inside a program, you decide the pool they pick from.

What happens to credits nobody spends? They go back to the workspace pool. Transfer credits from any member to reclaim their balance, or bulk-set balances across the team. Then give those credits to whoever's next.

Who sees what happens in a session? The coach and the participant. Admins see that sessions happened, their ratings, and their cost, not notes or content.

How do sessions actually happen? They're video calls joined from the session page in Exec. Book Now confirms instantly with most coaches, some review requests first, and rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the start.
